Looking Ahead with Faith: Church Gift Days This Summer
As Kerith Windsor celebrates over seven years of God’s provision and growth, we’re entering a new season—one focused on preparing for the future with faith and wisdom. Rather than investing further into a building we don’t own, we’re launching two upcoming Gift Days—on Sunday 29th June and Sunday 6th July—to begin raising funds for future opportunities, such as purchasing our current space or moving into a more permanent home. Like Joseph in Genesis 41, we believe this is a time to “store up” so we’re ready when God opens the right doors. This is not an obligation, but an invitation to pray, plan, and participate as we trust God for what lies ahead.
The Royal Way
As we step into 2025, the pace of life continues to challenge our spiritual priorities. Like the biblical Martha, we may find ourselves busy with good things but neglecting the best—spending time in God’s presence. Inspired by Saint Antony of Egypt and the monastic tradition, this article explores how balanced spiritual practices can lead us closer to God. The “Royal Way,” marked by humility and discretion, calls us to avoid extremes and focus on spiritual growth. How can we integrate these lessons into our fast-paced lives today?
