Office Team Roles

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Families Team at Kerith Community Church as Children’s Pastor for our Bracknell site.

We are looking for someone passionate about helping children become lifelong followers of Jesus and who loves working with families and volunteers to build a thriving children’s ministry. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Kerith Kids ministry in Bracknell, equipping volunteer teams and creating engaging environments where children can grow in faith.

The role includes overseeing Sunday kids’ ministry across our morning services, supporting midweek groups and events, building and training volunteer teams, and working closely with the wider Families Team across Kerith’s multisite church.

You will need strong leadership and communication skills, experience working with children, and a heart for supporting families. A committed Christian faith is an occupational requirement for this role.

The role is full-time (5 days per week):
Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00 and Sunday 8:00–16:00 (with some flexibility).
Tuesday and Sunday are required working days.

The position is based in Bracknell with some home working available.
