Volunteer with us
One of the best ways to feel at home at Kerith Community Church and meet others is to get involved by volunteering to serve. It takes an army of volunteers behind the scenes to help our local communities find their way back to God - and we’d love for you to join us in our mission.
Below are the some of the key teams that run across our sites. If you haven’t yet attended a NEW TO KERITH EVENT then sign up and you will have the opportunity to ask volunteers questions and hear about different volunteer roles.
If you are ready to get started take a look at the areas below and fill in a form to start a conversation. Most groups encourage you to come along and shadow a team member before you commit so there’s no pressure to find a perfect fit first time.
Kerith Kids Team
The Kerith Kids Team is made up of volunteers of all ages who have a passion for children to experience God's love. While parents experience their worship service, children participate in exciting and active environments filled with worship, Bible teaching, and small groups. We have all kinds of roles available, including; administrative, child facing, building operations, Kids+ team (working with children with additional needs) and so much more!
Kerith Youth Team
Our 11-18s meet up on Sundays during the morning meetings as well as gathering for a storming programme of events on a Friday night on our mainland sites. Volunteer leaders act as ‘parents’ supporting the young leaders on a Friday night in prayer and practical support. We also have a youth group for additional needs on a Monday night on our Bracknell site.
If you have a heart for serving in your neighbourhood there are plenty of practical ways you can get involved.

Production Team
We have brilliantly creative volunteers at Kerith who support our Sunday Experience and are key to leading us into Gods presence on a Sunday as well as our midweek events and conferences. Training is provided so we’d love to chat with you whatever your background in these areas.
Sunday HOST Team
There is an army of volunteers making a Sunday meeting happen, this is a great team to join if you are new to the church community and want to meet others. From helping people park their cars, to serving refreshments, welcoming people as they arrive and directing them to a seat.
Worship Team
We have brilliantly creative volunteers at Kerith who support our Sunday Experience and are key to leading us into Gods presence on a Sunday as well as our midweek events and conferences. Training is provided so we’d love to chat with you whatever your background in these areas.
Midweek Site Teams
There’s LOADS to do during the week on our sites, we have opportunities for volunteers on an ad hoc basis or come regularly to help with our volunteer contracts.
Digital Ministry Team
At Kerith, we have a dedicated team of volunteers that focus on using social media platforms and/or photography to share what’s happening in the Life of Kerith. Maybe you’re looking to broaden your experience in these areas, or you’ve been searching for a team in church life that suits your passions?
