Restored Lives explained

So great to have Erik Castenskiold with us on Sunday - such a powerful message of forgiveness. You can listen back HERE

Here’s some more information about the course starting on the 30th April 7;15 via Zoom

The Restored Lives course comprises 7 x 2-hour sessions and provides practical tools and support. It explores facing the effects of relationship breakdown, communication skills, conflict resolution, forgiveness, legal matters relating to divorce, parenting and moving on with hope. Each session is a mixture of short talks and small group discussion and provides a safe, non-judgemental environment to meet others in the same situation, discuss, question and grapple with all the issues.

Restored Lives is based on Christian values and was initially run from a church but it isn’t religious in content. It is for people of all faiths and none. Our work is like a field hospital in battle. We believe we are called to help people in their hour of need, tend their wounds and get them back on their feet. We take inspiration from the parable of the good Samaritan who helps someone in crisis, bandages their wounds and takes them to a safe place to recover, so they can make their next step from a firm footing.

Being a Christian is absolutely not a requirement to come along and our course has been intentionally designed for everyone regardless of background or belief.
